The SuperClear AI analytics dashboard provides insights into your inspection activity and defect trends. This guide explains how to access and interpret the available metrics.

To access the analytics dashboard:

  1. Log in to the SuperClear AI dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Analytics or Reports section
  3. View your inspection and defect metrics

The analytics dashboard provides a summary of your inspection activity.

  • Total Inspections - Number of inspections submitted
  • Photos Analyzed - Total photos processed by AI
  • Defects Detected - Total defects identified across all inspections
  • Clean Bill of Health - Inspections completed with no remaining defects
  • Date Range - View metrics for specific time periods
  • Project/Address - Filter by specific buildings or projects
  • Status - View pending, complete, or all inspections

The Visual QC dashboard provides detailed AI performance metrics, showing how accurately the AI detects defects without requiring manual intervention.

The key metric displayed is the “No Intervention” percentage, which indicates the proportion of AI detections that required no manual correction.

  • Higher percentages indicate more accurate AI predictions
  • Metrics are shown per tag type (defect category)
  • Overall accuracy is displayed as an aggregate across all categories

The dashboard displays an interactive bar chart showing performance by defect category:

  • Each bar represents a different tag type (defect category)
  • Bar height indicates the “No Intervention” percentage
  • Click on any bar to filter the data and see details for that category
  • Hover over bars to see exact percentages and counts

The Visual QC dashboard tracks performance across all six defect categories:

Tag Type Tracked Metric
Weather Barrier Seam Taping “No Intervention” % for seam tape detections
Flashing Tape at Flanged Window Opening “No Intervention” % for window flashing detections
R.O. Preparation for Flanged Windows “No Intervention” % for rough opening detections
Fastener Type “No Intervention” % for fastener detections
Discontinuous Weather Barrier “No Intervention” % for discontinuity detections
Weather Barrier Penetration “No Intervention” % for penetration detections

Use the filter controls to narrow down analytics to specific data sets.

  1. Click the Tag Type dropdown in the dashboard header
  2. Select a specific defect category to view
  3. The chart and metrics update to show only that category
  4. Select “All” to return to the aggregate view

For advanced users, you can filter by AI model version:

  1. Click the Model ID dropdown
  2. Select a specific model version to analyze
  3. Compare performance across different model iterations
  • Click Reset Filters to clear all active filters
  • Returns the dashboard to the default aggregate view
  • Useful after drilling down into specific categories

Track your inspection activity and progress.

  • Inspections per Period - Weekly, monthly, or custom date ranges
  • Photos per Inspection - Average photo count
  • Processing Time - Typical turnaround for results
  • Re-inspection Count - Number of inspection cycles per building
  • Completion Rate - Percentage of buildings achieving Clean Bill of Health
  • Average Cycles to Complete - Typical number of inspections before clearance

Understand defect patterns across your inspections.

View defect distribution across the six categories:

  • Weather Barrier Seam Taping
  • Flashing Tape at Flanged Window Opening
  • R.O. Preparation for Flanged Windows
  • Fastener Type
  • Discontinuous Weather Barrier
  • Weather Barrier Penetration
  • Most Common Issues - Identify frequently occurring defects
  • Defects Over Time - Track improvement or recurring patterns
  • Building Comparisons - Compare defect rates across buildings

Export your analytics data to Excel for further analysis or reporting.

  1. Apply any filters you want (tag type, model ID, date range)
  2. Click the “Export to Excel” button in the dashboard header
  3. The file downloads automatically to your device
  4. Open in Excel or any spreadsheet application

The Excel export includes:

  • Summary metrics - Overall “No Intervention” percentages
  • Per-category breakdown - Metrics for each tag type
  • Raw data - Detailed detection records
  • Date and filter information - Context for the exported data
  • Create custom reports for stakeholders
  • Track AI performance over time with your own charts
  • Combine with other project data for comprehensive analysis
  • Archive historical performance data

Leverage analytics to improve quality and efficiency.

  • Identify recurring defect types to address systemic issues
  • Track improvements across inspection cycles
  • Benchmark performance across projects
  • Plan resources based on typical defect patterns
  • Report inspection progress to stakeholders
  • Track team performance over time
